Playing on the computer while I made dinner.....
The picture didn't turn out as well as the food, now that I lok at it it is kind of a pile of ____________(fill in the blank) but it was delish and soooooo easy...brussel sprouts, apricots, almonds, olive oil , S&P, balsamic, suatee (SP)?) while the pork roast or tenderlion is in the oven 15-20 min your done, first you put the pork in a hot pan on the stove with a little evoo to sear it, then the oven, even Henry liked it!
