Just in case anyone thought his cast slowed him down!

Big Boy Bed

Don't know why these are blurry, user error?!?! We traded house sitting for a full size Serta hardly ever used mattress and box spring for H...he loves it, talks about big boy bed and no more crib. We are giving the crib to our friends who just found out they are preggo!

In order Stripes, monkey, tedee, socks, star, george, bee-bop, nen, crocagator and the picture book of family! baby doll is missing but he tucks everyone in with his blankie! (the outlet has covers, don't worry grammas :))

Henry went potty!!! By HIMSELF in the TOILET! We were going to take pictures of the spray bottle bath and he said Mom, watch! and just stood there like a big grown up boy, so proud of my buddy! We also had to get a new cast. The blue one got wet when he jumped in the kiddie pool at a picnic. We kept him out of it for 3 hours and then when he was supposed to be on the swing set he was in the pool! Can't really fault a 2 year old for doing something he absolutely loves, my water babe! Now we know not to even think of water for the next 3 weeks!

Keeping busy with a cast on

Its official...

Henry broke the first metatarcel in his left foot. He was really interested and intense while Jason was putting on his cast, he says he is Spiderman now. He is just learning colors, everything used to be blue, pink is one he just learned, so of course he wanted a pink cast, we went with blue.....I will paint his toenails any color he wants but I won't get him a hot pink cast.

Splint

Poor kiddo fractured his foot! Call me crazy but I feel like this might be the first of many trips to urgent care with our little man. He is fearless and stubborn and has to do things HIS way, I wonder where he gets that :)? It hasn't slowed him down, he hops on one foot, scoots along on his booty, and uses his croquet hammer as a crutch. We have an appt. this afternoon with the Ortho at children's, cast and more xrays!
