Sunday at the Aquarium

We have never been to the Aquarium before, only the zoo. Henry loved the bubble! You can climb underneath the tank and get a fish eye view. He walked around with Joel thru the rainforest, then found the turtles, we spent about 15 minutes watching Henry watch the turtles and giggle.

Grandpa and Grandma Menkveld Visit

Henry drives the H3 Hummer (an upgrade at the rental place). Then Henry tried to hammer to window with the wrench because he saw Grandpa doing fixit stuff.

Favorite Food

Henry had corn on the cob for the first time last night and loved it. Then he was dipping watermelon in guacamole....what a trend setter!
No morning is complete without his waffle. He will not eat it if I cut it up, has to be whole, folded in half with cream cheese. Isn't he too young to be set in his ways???

Crazy Week

This last week was a bit crazy! Our good friends, Jim and Birgit, moved (tear). Henry loved them, rockin' with Jim and QT with Birgit. Here he is when they came to say goodbye, he walks up to 7 steps so far!
Friday night we made our way to Michigan to see GG Bonnette and say goodbye. Our cousins have 3 dogs, Pinky was Henry's favorite. It was the beginning of Tulip Time In Holland, so we took some photo's in Grammie's garden. Last but not least...4 hours from home...I80 was closed due to a blizzard in May! We stayed at the Stagecoach Inn...and Henry loved the drawers! This is the last week of school, projects galore, so, I'll post more pic's in a week or so.....

Jen comes to Denver

We had soooo much fun this week with Jen! She had spring break so we showed her around our neck of the woods. We went to the hot springs, the musuem, Red Rocks, the tea house in boulder, had good food with great friends, and even had a girls night out. Wow, that's alot for 4 days! Now it's back to homework, housework, and the most fun ...henrywork. Thanks for the distraction bff.
